Broccoli
6 cups fresh broccoli
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot with water, add in 1/2 tsp of salt and bring to a boil. Add in broccoli and continue to boil until just tender. Drain well saving the water to use in the cheese sauce.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter and add cooked broccoli into dish.
 

Cheese Sauce

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup water from broccoli
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan over medium heat melt butter and gradually add in flour. Once butter and flour are combined, gradually add in water from the broccoli and cook until mixture is thick. Add in salt and Velveeta cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

Pour cheese sauce over broccoli in the baking dish.
 

Bread Crumbs

1 French bread loaf (2 cups when torn into pieces)
1 tbsp butter (melted)
pinch of salt

Directions:

Cut loaf of French bread in half and scoop out the insides of the loaf. Tear bread into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Place bread crumbs on top of broccoli and cheese and drizzle with melted butter. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake an additional 10 mins.
