1 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 large egg or 2 small ones
1 1/3 c bananas
1 t vanilla
1 t soda in 1 T hot water
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 c flour

Frosting:
Bag mini marshmallows
2 c powdered sugar
1/3 c butter, softened
1/2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. While hot, spread 1 pkg of mini marshmallows on top and put back in oven for a few minuted to help melt the marshmallows. Mix remaining frosting ingredients together. Spread the frosting onto the cooled bars.
