3-5lb roast
1 package of au jus mix
1 package of ranch dressing mix
1 stick butter
3-6 Peperoncinis ( I like to add a little juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crockpot cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
