Bars:
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 c peanut butter
3 c Rice Krispies
3 c crushed Corn Flakes (you can use Crispix in place of the Corn Flakes)

Filling:
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
4 c powdered sugar
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
6 T milk

Frosting:
1 pkg milk chocolate chips
1 pkg peanut butter chips
*Can use 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips and 1 pkg butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and heat until melted. Do not boil. (Can microwave this) Add the cereals into the first ingredients. Pat into a jelly roll pan. Mix the frosting ingredients until creamy. Pat on first layer and cool at least 1/2 hour. Mix the frosting chips together and melt them. Pour over the cooled bars.
