7 or 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups fine Italian bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Coat chicken pieces with bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet in single layer. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
