Ingredients:  
2 chicken thighs & leg parts, boil till tender & remove from bone (can use cooked canned chicken)
½ lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cumin (I did not use)
salt & pepper
1 (15 oz.) can black or pinto beans (do not drain) - I will use both next time
1 (14 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes with jalapeno - I used plain
3 c. beef broth
1 (8¾ oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
¼ c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat with onion, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper. Add chicken. Stir in black or pinto beans, tomatoes, beef broth, corn & cilantro. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Serve with hot sauce, garnish with broken tortilla chips & shredded cheese. Freezes well
