8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp chili powder
4 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp salt
4 tsp ground cumin
6 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 2 limes (4 tablespoons)
1/2 - 1 jalapeno, cut in half, cored, seeded & finely chopped
6 tbsp olive oil
1 large red bell pepper,m -inch slices
1 large yellow bell pepper,m -inch slices
1 medium red onion, inch slices
8 (8-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
Assorted toppings: Sour cream, cheese, salsa. shredded lettuce

Slice the chicken breasts into ⅓-inch thick pieces. Put into a glass container.

In a bowl mix the Chili powder, dried oregano, salt, ground cumin, garlic cloves, lime juice, Jalapeno and oil. Add the marinade to the chicken and completely coat the chicken. Marinate in the fridge overnight.

To prepare: Brown the chicken in a cast iron pan or BBQ and cook the peppers and onions on low with some olive oil.
