1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag chocolate morsels
1 large box of Rice or Corn Chex cereal
1 box powdered sugar
1 kitchen garbage bag
Directions:
Directions:
Melt top 4 ingredients in a very large bowl (large enough to hold mixture and all of the cereal). After chocolate mixture is melted, stir until smooth. Pour entire box of cereal and gently stir with a large spatula until all of the cereal is coated. Pour the box of powdered sugar into a kitchen garbage bag, then pour the chocolate covered cereal mixture into bag-gently shake until the cereal is coated with the powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator.
