Ingredients:
5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” chunks

Mix together in crockpot:
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 small block Velveeta cheese
1 package real bacon pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with water, add 3 tbsp. butter to water and salt and pepper. Boil potatoes until almost done. Remove from heat and set aside. Do not drain!

Stir together and add potatoes and the water they were boiled in. Stir until mixed well. Cook until cheese is melted and potatoes begin to come apart. Stir often to avoid sticking.
(This may be cooked in a regular pot on the stove but stir often and cook on low as soup will scorch easily)

Serve topped with shredded cheese and chives or green onions.
