2 pounds ground beef
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups BBQ sauce
1 cup grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix with hands or an electric mixer until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form into 1-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs in a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce and grape jelly and mix well. Pour on top of meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Pro tip: Use precooked frozen meatballs for a super easy, three-ingredient recipe.
