Skillet Lasagna Recipe

4 mild  turkey Italian sausages (skin removed) 
2 tsp oil                                                                 
1/2 small onion chopped
1 large can of crushed tomatoes           
1 small can of diced tomatoes         
Garlic salt
Black pepper                                                         
Italian seasoning    
Oven ready lasagna noodles - break in half
Fresh mozzarella
Fresh basil                                                 

Heat oil in a large skillet, add onion and sausage until browned. Add the crushed and diced tomatoes and then season with garlic salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. HEAT to BOILING and then add the oven ready lasagna noodles by sliding them under the meat/tomato mixture. Cover with a lid and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then add the fresh sliced mozzarella ball. Once melted, add basil leaves.
