2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion and red pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. chicken broth
2 t. Italian seasoning
1/2 t. salt
2 t. chicken base powder
1/2 t. pepper
2 c. cooked chicken
noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, red pepper, garlic in butter. Add milk, cream, broth, cheese and seasonings. Heat and then add chicken and cooked noodles. Simmer. Can thicken with cornstarch and milk.
