2 1/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 grate whole nutmeg
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 c olive oil
2 med, sliced egg plants
8 sm sliced zucchini * may need oil
1/2 grated parmesan cheese

3 cups white sauce
--flour
--butter
--milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground chuck + 3 Tsp water until meat is crumbly

Add grated nutmeg, chopped onion & tomatoes-Set aside

Brown in a large pan with 1/2 c olive oil: sliced eggplant & zucchini * may need more oil

In a large casserole or dutch oven layer: eggplant & zucchini, grated parmesan cheese, meat & parmesan cheese

In a pan melt butter over low heat & slowly add milk & flour to make 3 c white sauce

Pour 3 c white sauce over top & sprinkle more cheese on top

Bake at 350 F for 1 hr
