2 T. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Stir in spinach and cook until excess water evaporates. Combine remaining ingredients and add all together. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and are lightly brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
