3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. cashews
2/3 c. sunflower seeds
2 T. sesame oil

Dressing:
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. maple syrup
2 T. red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. turmeric
1/4 t. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. In skillet, roast nuts and seeds in oil over medium-low heat. Stir constantly for 10 minutes until golden brown. Add to salad. Whisk together dressing and pour over salad before serving.
