Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenders, or Swai Fish
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

1/4 c. milk
1 egg

1 c. whole wheat Panko bread crumbs
1 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place wire racks on baking sheet. Oil racks. Dips meat in flour mixture. Then in egg and milk. Lastly in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on racks, spray with cooking spray and bake 350º for 30 minutes. Can adjust seasonings. Can add parmasean cheese or lemon pepper seasoning.
Also can make dipping sauces, honey mustard, etc.
