1 frozen banana
1-2 scoops vegan protein powder ( I like Orgain or Garden of Life Vegan Meal Replacement)
Smoothie Base- water, aloe vera juice, cocnut water or almond/ cashew milk, herbal tea
1 cup frozen of fresh fruits
1-2 probiotic capsules (optional)
B-Complex Spray (optional)
1 scoop supergreens powder (optional)
1 scoop spirulina (optional)
1 tbs chia seeds
1 ounce walnut oil (If wanting additional omega-3s)

Blend everything together.
This is a great go-to recipe when my kid wants to join in the fun. I let him press the blender button and hold the top down on the blender. He really loves smoothies, and it's a big treat to get one.

Make it more sweet by adding fruits, or more savory by adding almond butter. Cashew butter isn't that noticable so it can go either way. The best tip I can give is to rinse the blender immediately. If you allow the smoothie to sit in the blender, it becomes difficult and smelly to clean later. If you do manage to forget, just add a little dish soap and water (no more than half full) to the blender and blend it for a few seconds. It's a quick way to get a good wash going inside the blender and rinse out any muck.
