Favorite pre-cooked "omelet" ingredient

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Use cooking spray (Beau likes coconut oil) to coat muffin tin.
3. In a bowl scramble desired number of eggs with a splash of milk.
4. Fill muffin tin just over half-way with egg mixture.
5. Top each muffin space with your favorite pre-cooked "omelet" ingredient.
6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
7. Enjoy!
