Personal Notes:
This is seriously addicting and the best tofu I've ever had. It doesn't last very long around my house. I just eat it hot out of the oven, but it's just as good cold, on salads, as a sandwich filler or salad topper. One of the hardest things when I started transitioning to vegan was making sure my body felt comfortable with enough protein. Keeping this around makes it super easy and tasty. Plus it keeps for a long time in the fridge. I'd recommend making big batches and freezing some.
