1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 can chocolate syrup (one pound size)
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
1 cup nuts, chopped


CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk (not condensed)
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in syrup, then eggs, one at a time. Beat in flour gradually. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased 15"x10" jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting.

CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING:
In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to boiling and boil for one minute. Stir in chocolate chips and heat and stir until melted. Frosting will be thin and glossy. Frost brownies quickly with wet knife. Trim with nut halves, if desired.
