GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsps butter
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

EGGNOG CUSTARD:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1½ cups eggnog
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp nutmeg

TOPPING:
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Preheat oven to 375º
Melt butter and add the other ingredients.
Mix together and press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate
Bake for 7 minutes and let cool.

EGGNOG CUSTARD:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream the brown sugar and cream cheese together until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time and mix till blended.
Gradually stir in eggnog, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into the pre-baked crust.
Bake in oven for 40 - 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.

TOPPING:
Whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff and chill.
