Ingredients:  
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg
5 tbls water
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt
Cut in shortening ( will be like cornmeal, fine)
Beat egg, water, and vinegar until mixed well
Add to flour and mix well
Roll into ball
Handle as much as you want
