Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

2 lb. Lean Hamburger
1 container shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 large handful Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. each of oregano, basil and parsley
(Can add two eggs for moisture if you like. I don' t usually)

Olive oil to coat bottom of sauce pot
15 oz. tomato paste
2-3 cans of water (depending on how thick you would like your sauce)
26 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
minced garlic - as much as you like :)
1 tsp. each oregano, parsely, basil, salt and pepper (also sugar to cut acid)

Heat sauce to boiling. Drop in uncooked meatballs, Simmer until meatballs done - or you can simmer all afternoon for most make for most robust flavor to sauce.
