1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk (either regular or plant-based creamer)
2 tbspn chia seeds (optional)
nuts (optional)
agave, jelly, jam to taste (optional)
Spices to taste

Variations:
Add almond or peanut butter
You can grind the chia seeds first to make it more firm texture (chia acts like gelatin, and if it is ground it acts more quickly.)
Add cinamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, or other spices to taste

Put everything into a mason jar. Mix. Throw in the fridge overnight.

The next morning it is perfectly blended, and you'll have a hearty start to your day. It's easier and less than cereal
