My Lasagna Recipe

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 lb. Lean Hamburger
1 tsp. Minced Garlic (or more if you like)
2- 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
32 oz. Classico Spaghetti Sauce (or whatever brand you prefer - you can also use homemade sauce)
1 pkg. Lasagna noodles
16 oz. Ricotta cheese.
10 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Grated Parmesan

In a large skillet or sauce pot, add olive oil then hamburger & garlic. Brown. Drain off excess oil. Add diced tomatoes, sauce. (You can add 1tsp. each of oregano, basil and parsley for seasoning if you like). Cover and simmer about 20 mins.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Mix Ricotta, and mozzarella together. (If you like I also season this with basil, oregano and parsley)
In a 9x13 pan spread a thin layer of sauce then line bottom of pan with lasagna noodles. Next add a layer of the cheese mixture. Ladle sauce over cheese mixture ( as much sauce as you like). Garnish with parmesan cheese. Repeat for 3 total layers.

Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
