1 lb ground sirloin
1 onion chopped
28 oz can diced tomatoes
3 cans Minestrone soup
1 32 oz carton of chicken broth or stock
2 cans "Ranch Beans with Jalapenos"

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sirloin and onion in a skillet. Mix together with remaining ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low or medium 4-5 hours. If you are late getting home, it can cook another 2 hours and be fine.

Busy Family Recipe This is just about the fastest soup to make that I know of. It uses ingredients that are easy to keep on hand. Serve with cornbread or French bread and a salad for a really great meal.
