8 lb. Chicken Wings
Canola Oil for frying
salt & pepper for seasoning
Cayenne Pepper for seasoning
2 sticks butter
1 C. Honey
1 C. Hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken wings w/ salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Roast @ 350º for approximately 1/2 hour/until juice runs clear. Cool slightly.
Heat Canola oil & fry wings until golden brown. Cool on paper towel & re-season w/ salt, pepper & cayenne pepper.
In a sauce pan melt 2 sticks of butter. Add Honey and hot sauce. Toss wings in sauce and serve. (DELISH!!)
