1 5-9 lb. beef brisket

Dry Rub:
1 t. onion powder
1 t. celery salt
1 t. celery salt

5-6 sprinkles from bottle of Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 XL oven baking bag

Directions:
Directions:
Use dry rub to rub on both sides of brisket.

Place brisket fat side up in oven baking bag. Pour Worcestershire sauce and bottle of liquid smoke over the brisket. Tie up the bag and marinate overnight.

Bake brisket at 275 degrees for about 5-6 hours (small brisket) or 8-9 hours (large brisket). Remove from oven and let rest about 30 minutes before serving.
