3 T. bacon drippings
1 medium onion diced
1 T. flour
1/4 t. garlic powder
3 lbs. sauerkraut, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Warm bacon droppings in large skillet. Brown onion and flour in drippings over medium eat, stirring constantly until dark brown. Add garlic powder and sauerkraut; mix well. Simmer about 1 hour, adding water if necessary. Serve as a side dish with ham, pork, turkey, hot dogs, etc.
