1 large onion
1 C. (2 sticks) butter
1 C. chopped celery
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (13oz.) chicken broth
1 bag bread cubes
2 slices bread
1/2 C. chopped parsley

In a large skillet sautee onions & butter until soft, but not brown. Stir in celery, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, & chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Then pour over bread & parsley in a large bowl. Toss lightly until moist. Stuff turkey or bake at 350º for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
