2 C. sugar
8 eggs, separated
1 C. rum
1 Qt. whipping cream, whipped
1 Qt. Half & Half
1 C. bourbon
1/2 C. brandy
dash of salt and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and half & Half; set aside. Beat egg yolks until lemony; gradually add liquor, beating constantly. Gradually add half and half mixture to yolk mixture, stirring well. Beat egg whites to peak; gently fold into yolk. Fold in whipping cream and salt. Chill thoroughly. sprinkle nutmeg on top when serving.
