2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. bunch parsley, chopped
lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
6 crushed soda crackers (crush in hand)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic and parsley in oil from 1 jar of artichoke hearts. Add chopped hearts to saute mixture. In a bowl beat eggs, add crackers and cheese; blend well. Add onion mixture and blend well. Baker 35-40 minutes at 350 in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool; can be served warm or cold.
