Ingredients:
1 large can of whole tomatoes (juice included)
1/4 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. cilantro leaves (packed)
2 jalapeno peppers (discard seeds)
Cumin to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 of the tomatoes in blender along with remaining ingredients and blend until mixed and chopped well. Add remaining tomatoes and blend slow until chunky. If you don't want it chunky, just blend all together at once. This makes about 1 1/2 pints. A double recipe will make a full blender. Keeps in fridge about 7-10 days.
