6 hard boiled eggs peeled.
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
3 tablespoon finely minced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Use small spoon so scoop out the yolk or sometimes you can squeeze lightly and the yolk will pop out readily.
Mix the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and onion with the yolks.
Spoon yolk mixture back into the whites and garnish with chopped chives, onions or paprika.
