2 egg whites
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, with salt and vanilla. Add sugar gradually. Beat until stiff and fluffy. fold in the chocolate chips and pecans. Drop into dollops on cookie sheet lined with foil. put in oven at 350º and turn off oven immediately. let sit in oven for 3 to 12 hours. Do not open oven door.
