3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 baking soda
2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
1 ⅓ cup oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Pour batter into loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
