2 C. sugar
1 C. buttermilk
1 C. butter
2 C. coconut flakes
5 egg yolks
1 C. pecans, chopped
2 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat egg whites until stiff and fold in last. Bake in three 8 inch layer pans at 350º about 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Icing:
Cream all ingredients together and add condensed milk until it is a good spreading consistency. it only takes a small amount of milk. Spread on cake and sprinkle nuts for decoration.
