12 oz. tomato paste
6 c. chicken broth
3 c. rice
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bell pepper (diced)
1 medium onion (diced)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 16 oz. can sliced olives
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add tomato paste and chicken broth in saucepan, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Brown meat, bell pepper, garlic and onion. Put meat mixture in baking dish; pour uncooked rice over meat, pour tomato mixture over rice, add olives.

Cover and bake @ 375º for approximately 35 minutes, until rice is cooked.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
