12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips or baking chocolate, divided
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/8 t. salt
1 c. water
1 pkg. (14 oz.) unsweetened coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. whipping cream
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 4 oz. chocolate and 1/2 c. butter. Blend in sugar, eggs, vanilla until well blended. Add flour, baking soda, salt alternately with the water. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk and spread over cake. Melt butter and 8 oz. chocolate and stir in whipping cream. Spread over cake. Refrigerate.
