4 slices of bacon
4 med. onion chopped
4 green peppers chopped
3-28 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
5 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside, reserving grease in skillet. Sauté onions and peppers in grease until tender. In large pot, combine cooked vegetables with tomato sauce and season with next 4 ingredients . Add crumbled bacon to sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Before serving , add shrimp and cook until it turns pink and cooked thoroughly. Serve over rice. This sauce freezes well.
