1 lb. thick cut butcher bacon

Marinade:
3/4 c. siracha
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Marinate bacon overnight. Grill each slice 2 minutes on each side over direct heat. Move to side of grill and smoke an additional 30 minutes.
