4 cups chicken broth
1-8 oz. pkg of thin spaghetti
3 med. onions chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup butter
3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
1-8oz. can mushrooms sliced
2-10 oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

Directions:

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add spaghetti and boil until tender, do not drain. While pasta is cooking, sautÚ onions, celery, and green pepper in butter until tender. Add cooked vegetables to the pasta. Then add chicken, mushrooms and cheese. Mix well and divide into 2 well greased 9 x 13 pans. Bake at 375║ for 30 min. or you may freeze at this point. This dish freezes well.
