2-3 broccoli crowns cut into small pieces
1 head of cauliflower cut into small pieces
1 bunch chopped green onions (white and green pieces)
1 can cashew pieces
1 jar real bacon pieces

1 cup mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients for dressing and set aside.

Mix all ingredients for salad and put in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.

Chill until ready to serve.
