2 -6 oz. bags of fresh Spinach
2 cans of water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
sliced mushrooms
toasted almonds

Directions:

Toss above ingredients in a bowl. Prepare dressing below
 

Spinach Dressing


Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 onion chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and shake vigorously. Pour over salad just before serving.
