3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
tsp. salt
c. butter, melted
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place 9x13 baking dish in oven with the butter to heat.

Mix all other ingredients in order. Don't over beat. Once the butter is melted, pour most of it in the batter and mix lightly. Pour batter into the baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes. Souffle will rise and then fall. It is done when lightly browned and pulling away from the sides of the dish.
