2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
8 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
4 eggs
¾ tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Place in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
Spread bread cubes over sausage.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Beat together milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese.
Mix soup and milk and pour over last layer.
Refrigerate overnight.

Put cold casserole in a cold oven. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Top will be brown and bubbling.
