Small pork roast/loin/butt
Large onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

3 c. whole wheat penne pasta
large can of crushed tomatoes
onion, garlic
salt & pepper
1 T. basil
1/2 T. oregano
1 T. sugar
Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork in crockpot until tender.

Cook pasta. Saute onion and garlic, add large can of crushed tomatoes, salt & pepper, 1 T. basil, 1/2 T. oregano, 1 T. sugar. Simmer. Add shredded pork and juice to tomato sauce. Stir in pasta and put in casserole dish. Top with Italian cheese. Bake until 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
