1¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ c. Crisco shortening
½ c. sugar
2 eggs
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Stir together dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a mixing bowl, beat together Crisco and sugar. Add eggs. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Stir in mashed bananas. Add any additional mix-ins.

Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 45 min. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
