2 pie crusts
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 onion chopped
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
7 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake empty pie shell for 5 min. at 425. Mix all ingredients and place in pie shells. Bake at 450 for 15 min., then turn down oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Allow to cool a bit before slicing.
