Ingredients:  
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. salt
3 T. lard or butter
warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Begin heating griddle on high. Mix flour and salt in bowl. Mix in lard with a fork. Add warm water until dough is the right consistency to handle. Break into balls. Roll into thin tortillas using enough flour but not too much. Place on griddle and turn when tortilla has formed bubbles. Cook on other side and place in towel to keep warm. Store leftover tortillas in ziploc bag in fridge.
